Choosing to breed a Great Dane is a GIANT decision.
Any reputable breeding program should enhance the quality and standard of the breed.

Mount N Danes takes this task very seriously when selecting a Great Dane Mom.
Our selective breeding program requires females meet the following Mount N qualifications:

• Exhibit the spirit and overall appearance desired and expected in the Great Dane breed
• Meet and exceed the standards (color, markings, conformation) set forth for the breed
• Maintain muscular builds with impressive muscle definition
• Have large bones with lots of bone substance
• Stand erectly with solid pads for weight support
• Possess large, blocky heads with deep set eyes full of Great Dane life and compassion
• Display strong relational abilities, remarkable intelligence and high trainability
• Move gracefully and with extreme agility


At Mount N Danes, we are breeding for the future while adhering to the traditions of the past.
We care about the Great Dane breed...and it shows.
