Purchase Agreement
Please read this Purchase Agreement. When you are finished, please click the I AGREE button at the end to show that you have read, understand and agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement in its entirety.
I. Career Solutions
Mount N Career Solutions provides various resume writing services as described in each resume package and further explained on our FAQ page. Mount N Career Solutions also seeks to further our clients career opportunities and future positions through our various career services. The use of all our services are strictly governed by the terms set forth in this document in its entirety.
II. Limitation of Liability
Mount N assumes no liability for the authenticity or accuracy of any information provided to Mount N for the purpose of writing a resume or providing other career solutions. Mount N Career Solutions uses the data gathered via our submittal form, questionnaire, e-mails, interviews and telephone conversations to create a written image of our client's education, accomplishments and work history. It is our purpose and practice to paint a truthful and accurate image of our clients based on the data provided by our client. Mount N assumes no liability and will not be held responsible in any way for any relevant data that is knowingly or unknowingly withheld from Mount N and thereby omitted from our client's resume or other career presentations.
III. Refusal of Service
Mount N reserves the right to decline service to any client at any time should we feel it is in the best interest of Mount N or the client. In the event Mount N declines service to a client we will refund any and all monies paid to Mount N for the services purchased. Mount N may decline service for, but not limited to, any and/or all of the following reasons: 1) Our schedule will not allow us to provide our services in the stated time frame. If this occurs we will notify the client within 24 hours of the purchase of our services. 2) We are unable to effectively and efficiently work with the client for whatever reason in collecting the information needed to complete the resume or other service. 3) We do not feel qualified to provide career services for the client's target job or field. 4) Any reason that arises that would put the best interest of Mount N or our client at risk.
IV. Resume Turn Around
Generally a resume is completed within 4-6 business days from the time the completed Resume Information Form and any other clarifying information needed to complete the client's resume has been received in our office. If our schedule will not allow us to complete your resume in a timely manner, we will notify you within 24 hours of purchase.
V. Interview Guarantee
The Mount N Interview Guarantee offered with some of our resume packages guarantees you will receive an interview within 30 business days of providing your resume to multiple open positions for which you qualify. If you have not been offered an interview within 30 business days of providing your resume to open and relevant positions, Mount N will rewrite your resume at no additional charge. Mount N assumes you are actively looking for a position for which you qualify. Mount N makes no guarantee, implied or otherwise, that you will secure a position. Mount N's Interview Guarantee will be rendered null and void should you seek a job in a field which is different from the field for which your resume was written.
VI. Payment
Mount N attempts to keep all personal information provided to us private and confidential. No personal information will be provided to any third party at any time except by legal requirement or our client's consent. Mount N conducts all transactions and information gathering by means of a secure connection to attempt to protect all personal and sensitive data.
VII. Right of Use
Mount N reserves the right to use, display, or advertise with all or part of any resume we have written as a sample of our work.
VIII. Revision
Mount N may update or revise this agreement at any time.
